The only answer I can think of is that they are simply cash poor.

If we're led to believe that they're selling shares to pay bills, or in Sean's case, not receiving much in the way of compensation to begin with, how do you have the ability to buy shares?

So you roll into town with a better widget. It's a 'no-brainer' everybody will want one or two. You hire a law firm to be sure your model and practices is according to Hoyle. You apply and receive your licenses find a location that meets codes etc. and nothing happens. Everybody is a prospect and still nothing? You 'hire' a board of savvy experts, enticeing them with options and a bright future. More of the same, nothing
.
Anybody,, what is not right here?

Answer: The 'right' people have not had a chance to own a piece of the action.

Therein is the purpose, in my opinion, that millions of shares are being put out there. We are still a very small community and yes this penny stock is highly suspect given its dubious albeit brief history. If I am affiliated with BI do I have to declare my families stock purchases if we/they buy on the open market?
I think you fill your truck with as little broohaha as possible and just wait. I could be incorrect but there are other ways to skin a cat.
This is abject simplification but, it illustrates a point worth consideration as it is perplexing to make sense of what has been said versus what the ticker reveals.
Feel free to dash this notion with enlightened reckoning. I'd like to hear it.
