His bio is written extremely poorly. It wasn't proofed before posting? Horrible.

He check his email every hour & try to reply soonest as he believes customer prefer prompt reply thus it make customer feel they get the best attention that they need. He is very selective & only sell high quality / high end products at reasonable price to ensure that customer feel the product is reliable & worth to buy & bring much great benefit thus giving overall a pure satisfaction experience. He warmly welcome customer complain & take immediate action to remedy the problems. All this helps to explain why more than 90% of his customers remain royal since the first day he met them in 1993 till today after 20 years later.
