Actually, dilution may not be much of an issue, since it's only for shareholders of record as of Feb. 19th. Since most people are swing or day trading this stock, I doubt there are more than a handful of shareholders of record from Feb. 19th. Except maybe Bruce and his two buddies. Scam, scam, scam.
I am short and got my 24 percent short dividend for my current position. I was also short on the record date, but covered after the big dump. IB will not let me enter a Pre-market order with ARCA right now.
Very confusing. I sold everything on 2/19 held no9thing eod. I have bought a sold a few times since then and recently bought 5k and 2.5k now holding 7.5k and I received 24% on my current holdings purchased a few days ago
