Actually Rudy, not 100% true.

And a R/S is never good, been in many before and after the split the price drops after while to the same price before the split.

Of course, most R/S's you see in the pennies have the price fall back, but when there is a Reverse Merger that accompanies the R/S, many will run quite a bit after the Merger and in many cases leading into the Meger and prior to the R/S.

That being said, I saw nothing in the 8K to get me excited about this R/M. Unless I am missing something, there is no real value in the company that we are merging with. In this case, I do not see a pre or post merger run. I do hope that someone can shed light on me missing something about the value of the company, but do not think it is there.
