i'm not disagreeing with you that to short the stock "might" be a bad idea right now but shorty knows what he's doing imo. shorty wins 8 and loses 2. pretty good avg. the company can say anything, that they are confident that they are Ripe! i hope it is Ripe cause i am long and have been. sure i know, i flip some but hold a core and that's true so i sincerely hope we are Ripe!. just cause "they" said they are Ripe don't mean squat. hell, i'm Ripe! anyone ever talked to the Transfer Agent? everything on that call was a canned response just like posted here by many.
