I'm holding here , just my own personal feeling. My take is a merger or buy out before the vote. I have absolutely no proof or evidence of this, but if I ran this company and had all the patent rights I would look for a company to merge with to help with the debt. I'm sure the have gone over these options at length. Good luck to those holding and to the others that have recently sold their positions. $Cerp
