Alright, maybe it wasn't MILD dilution, but how else do you expect them to finance the deal? It's good on their part, and every business goes through this, it'll go back up once the deal gets signed. The 9 KFC restaurants would have been a bad deal imho, too much overhead and not alot of people eat KFC these days anyway.
