The writing was on the wall a long time ago. Nothing he (Shiva) ever said materialized and all his PRs had one thing in common: "coming soon" language. I think where we really got conned is when douche bags like Waggett would report to us that he saw the system in Philly, that it was fantastic...bla bla. I opened a file on Shivus with the SEC months ago. I never got any feedback from them, but I like to think that I contributed in ending Shivus' reign of BS.
