Mission is a publicly traded equity on the U.S. otc markets. Any licensed and registered broker-dealer with FINRA ( and even non F.N.R.A./ S.E.C. registered only brokerages), can buy and sell shares for clients as long as a public market is being maintained. However, an individual registered broker has the right to not accept an order if he does not believe a security is suited for his client. If he is under the impression, for example, that a stock is to risky for his customer, he may to refuse the order.
