Nevertheless, I think the short sales are only part of the problem. There have been over 50 million shares issued since last November and it's created just too much supply for the available demand. I can't blame management because if they are going to activate the mill they will need some money to do so. The next few months will be critical for CGFI and they can't get it done without cash.
