Yeah... that exaggeration keeps coming up.

Last time I checked the BOD and the company officers control the company. Bordynuik's employment agreement is very specific about how he CAN vote his controlling shares in selecting Board members. It also is very specific in what JB can do in terms of controlling the present officers.

Thanks for reminding us that Bordynuik does not control the board or the company officers.
