Duane Reade and Walgreen's are one in the same now. That would answer the 8000 - 10000 location question. I posted this a week ago and I didn't see Rookie knock it down.

Just and educated guess!!! AND, right in DJ's backyard.

Starting to go a little red now, but I have confidence and will hold.
