You don't even have to call it murder. If a person does something stupid and is negligent like driving while intoxicated, drag racing, whatever ... and unintentionally kills someone they will be tried for felony manslaughter. I'm sure what BP did was not intentional, but it certainly was negligent. Yet no one is held accountable for felony manslaughter.
