The more amazing thing, in my opinion, is that they seem to be completely unaware of this fact.

Screams of cheers that Bordynuik is getting 5 years rather than life, or that JBI only got fined six-figures for fraud, as if that's going to make this POS look more attractive.

Go figure.

The suit was settled on terms favorable to the SEC. That's a WIN for the SEC.

And another BLACK MARK on Bordynuik's rap sheet.

...over a quarter of a million dollars in fines and bans on the company's founder from being an officer/director.

considering we heard millions of times that the big bad sec was going to---

a) shut them down
b) disgorge $10 million
c) halt them
d) boot them to the grays

most rational people believe none of the above and a fine the size of a bag of donuts is pretty good news. think of the flip side---if the shorts are now hanging onto this piss fine as bad news after spending millions of hours making reports to the authorities, now what? LMAO with an ear to ear smile.
