Of course, but in periods like this, and all stocks experience them,
if you didn't sell early, you have to rely upon the depth of your conviction,
(presumably) based upon your depth of knowledge concerning the decision to hold.
Of course, many(perhaps most)investors realize at such points that their knowledge is paper thin,
so they contribute to a capitulation rather than profit from it, or, at the least, ride it out for future gains.
On the basis of your posts(which only seem to appear when things aren't going well, and are almost exclusively devoted to whining), I'm afraid you fall into that majority category of "investors".
As such, I think you may do yourself a favor, as well as us, by finding a less grueling object for your attentions.
