It will be hard to estimate the revenue moving forward, and if so for how many years? Till patents expire? I just don't see them rolling future royalties into a check for past damages. All of the other companies though that don't want to get sued will simply sign up for licensing deals for future revenues. I am simply thinking about the viability of holding WDDD after the big pay day.
The prospects of holding WDDD after the big payday, that is what I am thinking about now. In my mind it is not a matter of if or when WDDD gets paid, it's a matter of how much.

After the payday with Activision, how do they keep from everyone selling out taking huge profits? A 1 time special dividend keeps them holding for that, but after???

The very long term prospects of WDDD as a stock you hold for years, not just for the short to midterm pay days.
