why the overall sentiment on the company is negative in this community?

The overall sentiment on the company is not negative. The longs are just quietly holding and adding if they can. There is not to much to discuss right now so it will probably be quiet for the time being.

Because after FIVE YEARS SRSR management has been inept at moving the supposed billion dollar property into an actual mining company! You bring up a great point in the supposed great historical data (Aka NI compliant) and they have failed at that as well.

Where has the NI compliant statement got investors after five years?!

There is only a few folks here who think that the future is bleak. They continue to rehash the same items such as spinout and audits and potential JV that didn't close.

However, that hardly tells the entire story the details which your post originally stated.

Now those with a bleak outlook are not incorrect those items were announced by the company where not completed nor explained why.

That isn't a good thing but not the end of the world and not enough to offset the benefits which again your post mentions.

So those more positive either post elsewhere or don't post at all, although most read this and some continue to counter the bleak position.

Those with the bleak outlook so far have been correct as today's stock price is where it was 5 years ago give or take a bid ask spread or two.

Now for those who bought at first news are up huge despite no additional growth from 2008. The stock has had many news driven moves off the low on potential news that hasn't yet materialized (Some argue that the moves where technical in nature not anticipation of news driven)

So the stock remains a waiting game as the business plan can't be implanted further without additional capital IMHO. That capital will unlock the value although others disagree that money is the catalyst. Either way the global market demand for Niobium is strengthening while we wait, which should eventually provide a favorable result to shareholders.

There is also a population that believes the low price is the result of short sellers and manipulation, I see the low price as a result of not securing the necessary capital yet and lack of new investors.

Time will tell who is right and whether the future is bleak or great. I personally am betting heavily on great.
