Imperial Whazoo,

Thanks for your detailed response. Your train of thought makes sense. And yes, I do believe it will be easier for JBI to make money at sites like RTK than at NF. Your take on how the SEC case was perhaps holding things up with RTK brought out some considerations that I hadn't been thinking about. So I appreciate hearing those ideas. However, when you said:

"Apparently, your basic concern is with how HTF changes the economics of running the machines in a commercial plant environment in New York."

This missed what my main concern actually is. My primary concern is the processor itself, most particularly it's efficieny/uptime. Although I believe your line of reasoning makes sense, I don't believe that's why there hasn't been a processor installed at a RTK site. Rather, I believe they haven't installed one because they haven't reached high enough uptimes to warrant doing so. That, to me, is what the February PR told us, and the 10K confirmed. So the question for me is:

Will the HTF get them into the commercially viable uptime percentages or not?

I of course could be wrong. But that's what my main question at present is, and I don't think we've been given enough information to draw a conclusive answer. If you feel otherwise, I would appreciate hearing how you arrived at your conviction.
