hope one of these companies outbid rest of the companies by bidding close to a billion $$$. Why not? It takes 100s of millions of $$$ to build a mine like burnstone and significant time to ramp up to production. Even though companies do not pay for the time gain but atleast the cost that it takes to build burnstone mine as some one saying it will take approx a billion $$$ provided all the construction costs remain the same in future without any inflation
