Eli,

I myself am always inclined to be optimistic, but
i also tend to 'downgrade' some of the statements/
promises of company executives.
This way i increase the chances of my being pleasantly
'surprised'.
Usually, however, the fact is some point in between
the 'promise level' and my 'downgrade' of it.
