WELCOME to IHUB and APDN, TONY. Wow! Thanks for telling us that, though I doubt it's true, first is DLA and pentagon are two different things, DLA only does small business in comparison to Dept of Defense and the separate Dept of each of the military services. Right now, DLA is the only one that does the mandate. The fines and stuff would be relative to any company knowingly selling counterfeit, which is a different thing than bypassing APDN.
