Didn't they say they need money To close deales and they plan on rasing said capital by altering the share structure ? They failed to close the deal that was presented to them 3 months ago. All they were waiting on was GLTV to respond back to the new terms guess they didn't like them so now we wait till some one else comes along and wants to RM into are shell. Or the co needs money and starts printing it.
