after still being down 71% from the day the SEC first nailed them for fraud.

WOW!! The judge was probably waiting to see a good 10K from JBI further proving it's a real and promising start up company....congrats to all shareholders as the case ended up being a whole bunch of noise about nothing and a complete waste of time and money for all....just wastin'

SEC INDICATES JBII IS NO SCAM, ISSUES TINY FINE FOR ACCOUTING ERRORS

After a massive investigation to uncover and force a disgorgement of ill gotten gains, The sec found there were no ill gotten gains and so no disgorgement was required.

The SEC settled out of court with JBII for $150,000, a tiny fraction of the tens of millions we were constantly told to expect.

A slap on the wrist.

This is clear proof that the outlandish claims that JBII is a scam are all unfounded bullshit.
