Thanks TD: Is there an Operating Agreement for the Treaty Belize Energy Limited LLC? The Certificate of Incorporation does not say how profits will be split or explain too many details other than Andrew Reid and Bruce Gwyn are the directors of that corporation and that Treaty Energy Corporation owns 8,000 of the 10,000 corporate shares. For all we know Bruce Gwyn and Andrew Reid can assign themselves all of the profits of this separate corporation unless there is an Operating Agreement stating otherwise.

Bottom line is that any money, if this is the extent of the corporate paperwork, that would come from Belize operations will go through the Treaty Belize Energy Limited and controlled exclusively by Andrew Reid and Bruce Gwyn as the sole directors. HMMMMMM and in Belize?
