Dr. Frost's investment position with MP is the main reason why I think you are wrong here.

A new attitude PLUS a new and far more sound game plan EQUALS new management even though the same people are in place.

They have started to listen to the advice of the right people and are starting to implement that new and sound advice.

They have a much sounder strategy now.

If they fall off the wagon, Frost and the other new big investors will pull out faster than you can say "Fit Miss ate a pound of lard."
