Do we know for a fact that the stack test was performed on #3? Do we even know for a fact that #3 is in the same building as #1 & #2?

IW, can you clarify your first question? You make it sound like the recent stack test in December was processor specific. As you put it:

"... another stack test was needed to bring online the most recently completed unit"--IW

Wasn't the stack test a global test to see if they could alter their operating permit to allow all future processors the option to use HTF?

Where did you get the idea that such tests would be required each time a processors was built and ready to turn on? Is there something in the recent filings that suggested this was the case?
