How can it be proved they do naked shorting???
I am sure a lot of it is going on... I already noticed two times on my TD Ameritrade that when my stock was up, all of a sudden there was a technical problems and I was not able to sell my stock. The first time I did not think much about it, but it happen a second time too. I had a similar situation with Scottrade too. I wasn't able to sell some of my shares until I contacted them by phone...Of course, the price changed a lot by the time I got on the phone with them... I don't have a lot of experience, but I thought these were not simple incidents either. Since then I keep a sell order on them, but I still like to keep some available just in case I need to sell right the way... Any thoughts on this? Thanks! CB
