IMO this is a scam group, with what you are posting along with certain fact such as the 20 million is an LOI to try to raise money not actual cash on hand, also look at FOYJ (Foy Johnson)on the pinks.

FOYJ is also claiming the Cameroon property as one of their holdings, URHN does the same.
