Another R/S would mean a death for shareholders. Both big and small. The company would survive, why wouldn't it?
The R/S would for sure piss off the warrant holders, who would probably either loose their investment completely or would have to wait longer than they anticipated to sell the warrants and make the profits. Thus, I believe that if the big warrant holders were hinted that R/S is really coming they would probably bring the shares up, attract a lot of small investors with the big volume and high rise in the share price, exercise the warrants and never look back again.
As I said before, I will be holding my position until after Q1 earnings, unless the R/S happens before it. In that case I would most probably exit.
