TRUTH is that the FHFA is the smart investors. Fund FNMA as housing is sure to rebound at some point. Then milk everything that fnma makes and then wind them down to zero. Who benefits, the housing and the economy and the first time home buyers. Not the investors of FNMA. ANY profits goes to treasury.
