Relax. You chose a very poor choice of words in your original post. There was no "settlement with Google". Jury trials and verdicts are not settlements. They are the opposite of settlements.

Just acknowledge you meant something else and move on to the next topic.

Just wait for it to spike to about 10 then buy in and ride it down and sell for a big loss then go kill yourself.That would be my advice.
