First they put it up on the Website but that does not make it official. They must do a notification to the general public in the form of a news release because it is a Material Fact - albeit a very weak one. So now it is official because both parties have signed a DEAL to do ONLY AN EXAMINATION so far. Production is a long way off, and besides that they are still BROKE. We should soon hear something about a new financing.
