Learning here. If there are an infinite number of shares that are naked short sold on these stocks and there are paid persons who benefit from keeping the pps down... how is it that stocks like SUGO (or any on your watch list that are targets of the fraudsters) have a prayer of climbing out of the cellar and heading for that run we all wait for? What happens that allows these stocks to finally break thru the cellar wall?

One obvious option would be for it to "reverse split"
its way out of the cellar
