Fcpgalltheway, keep in mind the amount of vast shares that Han owns, which is some 15 million shares. He will not sell them for pennies on the dollar when he knows that this company is a profitable pharmaceutical powerhouse. The 10-K's are coming and we will know the exact date. I expect to see them out at the latest by mid May and prior to that news informing shareholders of when they will be out, which will occur either at the end of this month or at the beginning of April. Keep in mind as well that the last time BFAR released the 10-K was in mid May of 2010.

My advice to you is to get some shares before it's to late.
