Honestly, that is all information people should have already known. Sounds like a bunch of generic justification. I've said it already on BMSN's board, the recent PR is nothing but fluff. Anyone who understands the IND process knows that the IND number is something they should have received around the time they claimed to have filed the IND application on February 5th. Yet, almost a month and a half later on March 18th, they announce they received an IND number. At most, this information should have been given 1-2 weeks later. Anyone who has followed my posts knows I'm all for BMSN/ENTB, but to think the recent PR was anything but an indirect mess is simply naive. They obviously had problems with the initial IND application and have failed to disclose said problems. It is essentially the same as starting February 5th all over again.
