Last I knew, VERT was diluting on another play. From the people that I'm in contact with, there are no dilutive RENU shares anywhere, hence the word: No New Issuance since the last fins were filed.
BTW: Did you see that SLEDGEHAMMER that was formed on today's chart?? Yikes! That usually indicates a very bullish pattern.
