Actually mine does teh same thing anoying has hell.
I have an Samsung Galaxy smartphone. your right when I first downloaded neoreader it worked fine. but the last few release have made it worse.
I actually had a trouble ticket with Neoreader support at one time but didn't have the time to go through what they wanted me to do. One conversation I had with them they told me they didn't have that phone to duplicate my problem, so based on that alone I would suspect there could be numerous other phones out there their software was not properly tested on.
Anotehr issue I have is I need to reluanch Neoreader numerous times to work a lot of times I get a black screen and it does nothing.
With so many versions of phones out there they would probably be testing only the newer ones and most purchased My guess.
