He also seems very capable of communicating his recipes, which will come in handy when we start opening our restaurants, and these cooks need to know how to prepare DFW menu items. Having a cooking school probably helps him in that regard.
He could be the greatest cook, but if he can't successfully communicate how to prepare these dishes he creates, cooks will be left guessing, or on their own. Heck, I could even learn how to cook from this guy. That's why I'm liking this new addition.
