BGEM never had the rights to Title, never produced a drop, they only through misinformation relayed that they were the sole distributor of the drink along with other beverages. Other than by PR's during the pump was any information provided. No proof of any distribution could be proven as finances went dark soon after the pump. Typical for penny stocks and may those responsible for the theft get their just rewards. Electric Beverage Company made Title, and since have had several problems to include misrepresentation of claims about the drink. Gatorade filed suit against them. BGEM's Website is gone, company is gone. Only hope for those who fell for the pump is for someone to reignite the company, change its name and conduct another pump. Other than that this company is DOA.
