Most recent conversions ala VERT were long done (and they were not very many shares). Again this is not what you are describing. SPOM has an incredible share structure, great product, great products on the horizon and the Homedics deal is huge. Nite is just doing what Nite does. Trying to scare investors and get cheap shares.
