Excuse me...But it IS verifiable....First there is the statement of the O/S and share distribution @ the Date of this Document..12/04/2012

I called the T/A to verify the 2 Billion O/s that is Also in the I-Box....Note that the O/S was ~352 Mill back @ this Document 12/04/2012

T/A is GAGGED and One has to e-mail 03/18/2013

[e-mail] for the O/S which is now over 2 billion!!

So there had to be ~1.5 Billion Dilution in the Interim Period!!!

Now if the Company has a Net Value of $20 Mill the 2 Billion @ 0.01 = $20 Mill
