Just got an email back from Dr. Peter Glazer he told me he knows nothing about the share holders meeting . It is possible that the mailing have not arrived up to New England yet , GDEPC can you give any more information on what you received , could the letter have been lost and it was for and old meeting. What does truth hurts know? The only thing he was right about was some of the previous boardmembers were crooks. The truth is some of the investors are trying to take back the company and have been working very hard so our shares may again be worth something.
