There are no grounds for this to end up in court. It will never haopen...FACT. The countersuit will keep those from frivoliusly filing a suit without merit. No one should ever expect a dividend without a published ex date which is out of Stead's control and the judge will tell you that. "He'll state that you should have seeked advice from a professional investor." Two types of stocks at the same time..give me a break. Judge won't listen to that argument either. Surprised that feedback from a lawyer on these issues hasn't been posted yet.
