Until Ken and KATX file their Insider Trading Reports this spin-off is NOT 100 % done yet. There still could be a final bad discrepancy reconciling the numbers because there were 2 classes of KATX shares that a person could buy after Dec. 21, 2011. One of the reasons they are late-filing could be because of this. I sure hope not - because if it is true and this Spin-Off gets retracted in any way it will be absolute chaos. KATX DID DIVEST OF THE SPIN-OFF SHARES AND MUST MUST MUST REPORT THAT TO THE S E C IN A TIMELY MANNER ON THE REQUIRED INSIDER FORM. To date they have not.
