the reason they are asking you to advise them where their products are being sold is they are selling their products to distributors.

Fair enough. Do you think that's the system employed by other companies that feature product finders on their websites? Have shareholders email them when they find the product and then send that info to some other shareholder so he can create a public Google map of the locations? That you can't even find without combing FaceBook or looking on a Pink Sheet message board?

I can go on the website of any number of competing relaxation drinks that Bebevco will try and tell you has less 'brand recognition' or 'media mentions' and isn't the 'category leader' and just put my zip code in a little box and press enter. I'll be given an interactive map of all the locations where I can go out and get the product.

Suppose I heard about Koma Unwind today (because maybe I happen to be a race fan and saw a 1/2 second glance of a decal on tv) and wanted to try it to relax tonight? What are my options? None of my local stores carry it that I know of. I go to the company's website and there's no information about where to get it. Facebook is listing single stores in places that are thousands of miles from me. Am I supposed to buy online and spend $20 or $40 for a product I've never even tried and wait a week for it to show up? Shareholders are dialed in and hanging on every Walmart announcement, but the general buying public is not. Maybe there's a reason Koma Unwind is not very popular. People likely haven't heard of it unless they are race fans and they can't even find it because the company isn't telling them.

Distributors decide where the products should be placed and sold.

Distributors are sales people and they sell to retailers. It's the retailers that decide whether they carry the product or not. If retail interest isn't there, distributors will move on to the next new product just like any other sale person would do.
