Oh ?? Securities on both sides of the border are SYNCHRONIZED for most essential rulings. They most certainly do cross-reference. Both jurisdictions consider this highly important in their efforts to protect the public from con men like Ken Stead. Eh Fowler, you shouldn't have written that.
