You ARE kidding right?? This is NOT how this works and you will be surprised at what a DUMB statement you made pulling it out of the blue.

IF you need any proof I suggest you call the company directly and ask to speak to management not an IR person. I did exactly THAT last week and thus am even more confident that you shall see first of all there is no way trials need to be re-started and secondly the chances are better than you think that the drug will come back with a different label of which no trials are required.
