Yes they are different. Different dates, different amounts. One is for $200k, with $20,000 of the proceeds going to executive officers, directors, or promoters.....the other filing is for a million bucks of which $199,900 was sold at the time of filing, plus a finders fee of approx $31,000. $10k of the proceeds was going to executive officers, directors, or promoters of the company.
