In the deposition he states it was a personal loan. He was under oath so you have to go with that. BBDA didn't exist at the time

What did BW say in his deposition? How did the BW's lawyer respond? If you know...just asking.

Didn't anyone report this to authorities? Are the debts listed in BBDA fins in 2009 to 2011 the same loans? If so, how do you know?
