Length of time really stands out. A really ideal position has been taken to steer the narrative we have seen. The explanation just fits.

The evidence only grows stronger (imo) when you consider the "powers that be" seemingly supporting that particular narrative.

Now combine that with a company snapshot

- Financially healthy making them a very attractive partnership and M&A candidate
- Toxic debt has been cleared
- Stage 1 Audit was completed on time, CE Mark is within sight
- The company started to see the beginning of strong revenue growth last 3 months of 2012
- Plans for a financial audit later in the year

There are many reasons it just makes sense. I'd be very interested in the who?
